High Speed PIV
“Highspeed- PIV” is the commonly used term for time-resolved PIV at measurement frequencies in the order of kHz. While the basic working principle doesn’t change compared to a 15 Hz System, the utilized hardware does. Although some components can be exchanged in between High- and low-speed systems, others can’t. In particular, lasers and cameras have specific features which are more suited for only one of both cases. We are well aware of those challenges; therefore, we design our components modular. Just talk to us, we can help you upgrading your existing system, or plan a future-proof solution together.
